This project has been created to house a number of survey templates to be used when running PHN community and stakeholder engagement events/activities (i.e. events and/or activities where registrations are managed by the PHN in a consistent way). This information is important to collect as it is used to inform our performance, board and DoH reporting.

Collaboration (i.e. partnership/collaboration is fit for purpose and achieving objectives)

Brisbane North PHN leads two MHAOD Commissioned Provider meetings a year with the next meeting scheduled for 13 September 2022.
Before the PHN develops an agenda, we want to confirm that the following draft Purpose Statements for these meetings are accurate and reflective of what you, as commissioned service providers, seek from these meetings. We plan to use these Statements to plan our September 2022 meeting as well as future meetings.
Our proposed Purpose Statements are:
Provide an opportunity for MHAOD commissioned service providers to network, share information and hear from other providers;
Seek integration opportunities to improve transitions between service providers;
Explore shared challenges;
Provide a strategic update from the PHN about sector changes, opportunities and news.
