Suicide Prevention Partnership Group Survey

Please rate the extent to which you agree the partnership is achieving its Purpose as outlined in the Terms of Reference. Please note the Purpose of the Suicide Prevention Partnership Group is to: 

• coordinate the implementation, monitoring, review and evaluation of the Suicide Prevention chapter of Planning for Wellbeing: A regional plan for North Brisbane and Moreton Bay focusing on mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drug treatment services 2018-2023 (herein known as Planning for Wellbeing or the Regional Plan);
• work collaboratively to promote and achieve a coordinated response to suicide prevention by delivering on the Suicide Prevention Implementation plan, to achieve the objectives identified in Planning for Wellbeing; and
• provide oversight of the National Suicide Prevention Trial until its conclusion in June 2020.
