The purpose of PLEASE Partnership Group is to oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, review and evaluation of Chapter 1, including to:
- provide guidance and direction on the scope, expected outcomes and implementation of Chapter 1.
- lead the development of refreshed actions of Chapter 1.
- act as representatives of major stakeholders by sharing Chapter 1 information between areas they represent.
- monitor, support progress, and report key milestones as required.
- identify emerging issues or areas of strategic importance relating to the success of Chapter 1.
- engage and support other stakeholders with meaningful living/lived experience engagement.
- celebrate and promote the achievements of stakeholders that showcases authentic living/lived experience engagement.
- monitor and respond to risks related to the implementation of Chapter 1.
- monitor and review living/lived experience in other chapters of the Regional Plan and other committees and groups.
