For Registrants who Did Not Attend

This survey is for people who registered but did not attend the 1 October Enduring Assignment of Benefits in RACH Workshop without notifying the PHN prior to or during the event. 

There are a myriad of reasons as to why someone may not have attended the workshop. The PHN would like to understand more about your decision not to attend for two reasons: 

1. Understand ways the PHN can better support attendance in future 
2. To justify investment in future free education opportunities, like this event, despite the high non-attendance rate.

Please share with us your reason/s for not attending. We are not interested in detailed information, rather broad category descriptions of your reasons for non- attendance and non-notification.
