Workforce Incentive Program – Practice Stream (WIP-PS)
Brisbane North PHN is conducting a survey this November to assess how practices in the Brisbane North region are currently engaging with the WIP-PS incentive. The survey will gather information on the use of the program, the challenges practices face, and how Brisbane North PHN can offer additional support.
The results of the survey will inform the next phase, where selected participants will be invited to join a focus group/interview. Phase 2 consultation aims to delve deeper into the experiences of practices, helping us understand the enablers and barriers to multidisciplinary care. Participants in this second phase will be remunerated for their time and the payment processed through the PHN Finance department.
