Why should you provide feedback?

Your feedback will help us plan and make decisions to improve health services delivered in Brisbane North. Your responses will be kept confidential and will be de-identified when reported. Your responses will be analysed to gain insights on the current health and wellbeing needs of the community and gather information on what needs are not being met adequately and how services can be improved.
