Language Guide to Address Ageism Survey- Community Response

The Language Guide to Address Ageism is a joint initiative of the healthy@home consortium, Brisbane North PHN and The Benevolent Society.

The aim of this guide is to increase awareness on the impact that language can have on older people and how language can be a form of ageism.

The guide has been developed as a resource for people working in the aged care sector and includes suggestions on how staff can be more considerate of their language to work towards ageism being removed from the sector.

Brisbane North PHN are seeking feedback from the aged care sector on the draft version of the Language Guide to Address Ageism

We appreciate your time in reviewing the guide, which has been provided externally to this survey. After reading the guide, please answer and submit the below questions before COB Friday 24 June 2022.
