This survey is an opportunity for you to have your say on how our teams demonstrate the Brisbane North PHNs recently defined Ways of Working. The survey is an opportunity to capture sentiments around what is working well and key opportunities for improvement moving forward.
Responses are anonymous and no individuals will be identified through the data. All results will also be reported only in aggregate form and, thematically to ensure confidentiality and anonymity. Insights will be shared with you and Managers and Team Leads will work with their teams subsequently in relation any areas for improvement that are identified.
