Brisbane North PHN Funded Immunisation Recall and Reminders Grant 2025

Brisbane North PHN is pleased to announce a grant opportunity designed to assist a limited number of General Practices to help them improve their systems for sending out recalls and reminders for COVID-19, influenza and pneumonia vaccinations, as well as making vaccines more available, with the goal of increasing community immunisation rates.
