The draft Report has been developed by the Brisbane North PHN and Metro North Hospital and Health Service and is an update to the 2016-17 Joint Health Needs Assessment (The Joint HNA), which will be used to inform service planning and delivery across the Brisbane North region.
While there is limited scope to comprehensively change the structure of the draft Report as this is simply an updated data version, we invite stakeholders to review and provide feedback via the survey below. All feedback received will be reviewed to make sure the draft Report is as accurate and useful as possible and and will also be used to guide future assessment and planning efforts.
You can also join in the conversation through our Ideas & Feedback boards or complete the Quick Poll to let us know if the draft Report will be a useful resource for you or your team.
If you have any questions about the draft Report or our health planning process please contact the Engagement & Planning team.
