Insights on End-of-Life Medications in Residential Aged Care

Your responses will support a survey currently being conducted across residential aged care settings within the Brisbane North PHN region. The findings will inform an internal report with recommendations for an end-of-life imprest medication protocol, as well as the development of any supporting templates.
