Thank you for attending the Palliative Care Evening for Primary Care on Tuesday 18 March 2025. Please share your thoughts with us through this evaluation survey. Your valuable feedback will help us plan future events and activities.
-
Please submit your questions for our panel to discuss during the panel Q&A session. There is space for 3 questions. If you have additional questions, or think of another later, you are able to make multiple submissions.
Questions are anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself within the body of the question.
-
This survey is for delegates who registered but did not attend the Palliative Care Evening without notifying the PHN prior to or during the event.
There are a myriad of reasons as to why a delegate may not have attended the Palliative Care Evening. The PHN would like to understand more about your decision not to attend for two reasons:
- Understand ways the PHN can better support attendance in future
- To justify investment in future free CPD opportunities, like this event, despite the non- attendance rate.
Please share with us your reason/s for not attending. We are not interested in detailed information, rather broad category descriptions of your reasons for not attendance and non-notification.
All responses are anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.
