Consultation: Conversations about death and dying in community personal care work- PCW

The purpose of this survey is to learn about the thoughts, experiences and attitudes of personal care workers, in community aged care, towards holding conversations about death and dying. 

This survey will help inform Brisbane North PHN on projects to improve support for personal care workers as part of the Greater Choice for At Home Palliative Care measure.
