EOI: GP attendance at Action Planning Workshop
Brisbane North PHN invites GPs interested in quality care for people with disability and/or palliative care to a cross-sector planning workshop.
The workshop will identify needs, develop solutions, and prioritise actions to support health and disability support workforces care for people with disability at the end of life.
The findings will inform an action plan the Brisbane North Palliative Care Collaborative will implement through to 2029.
This form is for GPs to express interest in attending supported by honorarium.
