Your Voice in Allied Health

Brisbane North PHN (the PHN) recognises the valuable role of allied health professionals in primary care. To better support the workforce to facilitate a continuum of care for patients, the PHN needs to better understand the current allied health landscape and learn how providers can be better supported to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team. 

All information collected within this survey will be securely stored by Brisbane North PHN. Any personal information collected (e.g., contact names and email addresses) will be used in accordance with Privacy legislation and Brisbane North PHNs Privacy Policy. 

The PHN will utilise your responses to map the allied health workforce in our region which includes Brisbane's northern suburbs, Moreton Bay, parts of Somerset Regional Council and Norfolk Island. 

Organisations who complete this survey, will be connected to the Allied Health Collaborative, an inclusive support network that fosters collaboration and partnerships between providers and the PHN. Invitations to participate in the 2025/26 stakeholder engagement activities including needs assessment, interviews and focus groups will be disseminated via the collaborative. Communications regarding this collaborative will be largely conducted via email.
