This survey will capture the initial minimum dataset from allied health providers in the Brisbane North PHN region. The dataset was developed following engagement with the primary care and PHN management teams. The dataset will be developed over time as the Integrating Allied Health in Primary Care project evolves and is the first step in the PHN's engagement journey with allied health providers.
This survey will capture the initial minimum dataset from allied health providers in the Brisbane North PHN region. Brisbane North PHN (the PHN) recognises the valuable role of allied health professionals in primary care. To better support the workforce to facilitate a continuum of care for patients, the PHN needs to better understand the current allied health landscape and learn how providers can be better supported to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team.
All information collected within this survey will be securely stored by Brisbane North PHN. Any personal information collected (e.g., contact names and email addresses) will be used in accordance with Privacy legislation and Brisbane North PHNs Privacy Policy.
The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. The PHN will utilise your responses to map the allied health workforce in our region which includes Brisbane's northern suburbs, Moreton Bay, parts of Somerset Regional Council and Norfolk Island.
Organisations who complete this survey, will be connected to the Allied Health Collaborative (the Collaborative), an inclusive support network that fosters collaboration and partnerships between providers and the PHN. Invitations to participate in PHN engagement activities including consultations, events and education and training opportunities are disseminated via the Collaborative. Communications to the Collaborative will be largely conducted via email or the Allied Health Connect bi-monthly newsletter.
