Immunisation Recall and Reminder Initiative 2026
To address declining immunisation rates for COVID-19 and Influenza, Brisbane North PHN (the PHN) is offering a limited number of general practices the opportunity to participate in the Immunisation Recall and Reminder initiative for 2026.
This initiative supports general practices to:
Review practice data to identify patients who are due or overdue for COVID-19 and Influenza immunisations
Meet with your whole practice team to develop a sustainable strategy for recalling and reminding patients who are due or overdue for COVID-19 and Influenza immunisations
Dedicate clinic time to complete recalls and reminders for COVID-19 and Influenza immunisations, focusing on vulnerable populations
By participating in this initiative, you will be required to:
- Express your interest by 31 March 2026
- If successful in your interest, sign an agreement to participate by 21 April 2026
- Submit an invoice for $1650 (inclusive of GST) by 21 April 2026
- Complete a Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycle and short questionnaire by 30 September 2026
To express your interest in participating, please complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form below by close of business 31 March 2026.
Applications received after this date will not be considered. The PHN may close this opportunity early if the maximum number of participants is reached prior to the advertised closing date.
