Hub Staff Survey 2021

This survey asks you questions about your experience of working at one of the Integrated Mental Health Service Hubs operating in the North Brisbane region; either:

• The Recovery and Discovery Centre - operated by the RBWH Catchment;
• The Living and Learning Centre - operated by Neami in the TPCH Catchment; or
• Stride Hub Caboolture - operated by Stride in the Redcliffe/Caboolture Catchment

Your feedback is greatly valued and will assist us to improve the quality of care provided to people, as well as the working environment for Hub Staff.

This survey is anonymous. Your individual responses will remain confidential, and will not be provided to your employer, but will be combined with the responses from others to help us understand if the services being offered at the Hubs are meeting people's needs, and also whether the working environment is meeting Staff needs.

For questions which ask you to consider your 'team', please consider this to be the multidisciplinary team who are working within your respective Integrated Mental Health Service Hub (i.e. the Recovery and Discovery Centre, the Living and Learning Centre or Stride Hub Caboolture). Your 'team' does not include all staff who work for your respective organisation.

This information will be available to the organisations involved in establishing and implementing the Hubs - this includes the Brisbane North PHN, Communify Qld, Neami National and Stride.
