This survey is for the staff of the Brisbane North PHN-funded Mental Health Care Hubs operated by Communify, Neami and Stride.
We are seeking your feedback about the experience of working at your respective Hubs, no matter what role or length of time you have been supporting your communities. The survey has 34 Questions, a combination of open-field answer boxes (type in your answers), multiple choice and Likert scales (scale from definitely agree to definitely disagree). You have until the 8th of September 2023 when the survey will close.
Your privacy in providing this feedback is integral, so any question that may reveal your identity should be optional. Feel free not to answer if you are not comfortable doing so. Feedback from this survey will be summarised and then fed back to your organisations after ensuring they are de-identified. We will then use this feedback to enhance how the Hubs run to optimise staff experience.
