Following the Best Practice Australia (BPA) Engagement Survey last year, the Health Systems Improvement (HSI) Leadership team has looked closely at the results and is progressing actions against the 3 themes below.

2. Taking our Strategy forward – planning, structure, teamwork, and role clarity of team members to support delivery
3. Clear expectations, accountability and feedback - managers as coaches, managing workload, learning and development, retention strategies
