Community Advisory Council - Prioritisation criteria ranking activity

We are asking Community Advisory Council members to please complete the following prioritisation criteria ranking activity prior to our next meeting (Wednesday 18 August).

To complete the activity please: 

• review the four essential criteria that will form part of the PHN's prioritisation criteria (see Briefing Paper)
• with the four essential criteria in mind, consider which of the following six optional criteria should be included in the PHN's prioritisation criteria
• based on your individual perspective, rank each of the six optional criteria from most important (rank 1^st) to least important (rank 6^th)

For example:

1 = Most important

2 = Important

3 = Moderately important

4 = Low importance

5 = Lowest importance

6 = Not important at all
