ASSIST Workshop

Brisbane North PHN will be providing an opportunity for General Practitioners to attend an education session regarding the application of the Alcohol Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST) tool. This tool has recently been introduced into the Best Practice medical software system.

Dr. Robert Ali from the University of Adelaide will be in Queensland 5-6 October and will be sharing the tools and tips of the ASSIST tool and how it may be used in patient care.

The breakfast session will be held in person at the Kedron Wavell Services Club with catering provided. A second workshop will be held in the North Brisbane region or online via Zoom. Please register your interest to attend and advise your preferred location.
