For Practice Managers, Practice Nurses and Administration Staff

This interactive workshop is designed to support the whole practice team in preparing for the PHASES CQI initiative through practical sessions on:

• Primary Sense
• Clinical coding and data quality
• Billing optimisation
• Best Practice/Medical Director tips
• AI and emerging technologies

We encourage practices to nominate members of their practice team who are involved in quality improvement and cardiovascular disease prevention, such as:

• Practice Managers
• Practice Nurses
• Administration staff

General Practitioners: Consider registering for the dedicated GP Clinical Forum on Wednesday 19 August using the separate registration form.

Practices are encouraged to nominate representatives for both events to support a whole-of-practice approach to cardiovascular disease prevention. Places are limited and will be allocated based on available capacity, practice needs and geographic distribution to ensure equitable access across the Brisbane North region.

To maximise the benefits of the PHASES CQI activity, we encourage all registered practices to attend these sessions.
