Brisbane North Chronic Wound Governance Group
Welcome to Brisbane North Chronic Wound Governance Group Engagement Hub.
The primary purpose of the Brisbane North Chronic Wound Governance Group is to improve the care journey for people living with chronic wounds by implementing a local collaborative approach to problem solving and shift the conditions that are holding problems in place.
The secondary purpose of the Governance Group is to act as a steering committee for any chronic wound projects/programs implemented by the Brisbane North PHN
This hub is an initiative of the Brisbane North PHN and has been designed to help governance group members stay connected by sharing ideas, knowledge and information with each other. It also provides links to important information such as minutes/meeting agendas and upcoming events or meetings hosted by the Brisbane North PHN.
