We’ve launched a Community of Practice to bring together:

• Specialist palliative care providers
• Health professionals across all disciplines
• Aged care services

The CoP provides a space to:

• Discuss the National Palliative Care Standards and the PaCSA tool
• Reflect on quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across sectors to strengthen capabilities and deliver high-quality palliative care

Our CoP is grounded in a strengths-based approach to social learning.
