PallConsult release new tools and resources

Several new resources have been added to the PallConsult resources page, which provides a central location for palliative and end-of-life care resources, tools and education.

New additions include:

• Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) – a clinical measure of fitness and frailty in older people (adapted from the Geriatric Medicine Research, Dalhousie University)
• REMAP Framework – supports goals-of-care conversations
• NURSE Mnemonic – guides empathetic communication and responses to patient emotions

Clinicians are encouraged to bookmark the page for easy access.
