HealthPathways introduce personal accounts from 18 Nov

HealthPathways is a web-based portal with evidence-based information on the assessment and management of common clinical conditions including referral guidance. General Practitioners write the pathways with support from local GPs, hospital-based specialists and other subject matter experts.

From Tuesday 18 November 2025, the Brisbane North PHN generic login will be retired. To continue accessing the Brisbane North HealthPathways, you’ll need to register for your own personal account.

New immediate benefits include:

• Simplified access that travels with you - Use one secure login for all your approved HealthPathways sites. No more re-entering credentials!
• CPD reporting made easy - Automatically log your HealthPathways usage and submit it to your CPD provider with our built-in reporting tool.
• AI-powered Smart Search - find the right pathway and useful information faster with our new AI-assisted search functionality.
