Caring@Home launch end-of-life care hub

caring@home is pleased to launch the end-of-life care (EoLC) hub, hosted by MedCast.
This dedicated platform for health professional education supports the delivery of best-practice end-of-life care and the quality use of palliative care medicines. The hub currently hosts the End-of-life planning mini audit and FastTrack CPD activities.
The EoLC hub provides health professionals with free access to high-quality, evidence-based CPD-accredited learning activities and in the future will host new practical tools and resources developed by Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative through caring@home and the Quality Use of Community Palliative Care Medicines projects.
This education will support enhanced clinical skills and the delivery of timely end-of-life care and symptom management to community-based patients and their families.
