Care worker resources for end-of-life care now available
caring@home has developed resources for Support at Home providers that can be used to upskill care workers supporting people receiving end-of-life care at home.
The free, evidence-based care worker resources include symptom management tip sheets and practical care guides and videos. These resources can help support the recognition and non-pharmacological management of symptoms and delivery of practical cares.
Developed with Support at Home providers from around Australia, the resources can be used to help maintain the comfort of a dying person being cared for at home and support their family.
