ACPA secures four-year national funding

Advance Care Planning Australia has secured Australian Government funding to continue delivering a national advance care planning program over the next four years.

Administered by the Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative at Metro South Health, ACPA will continue to provide national leadership in community awareness, workforce education, systems improvement, research and policy advocacy.

As demand for palliative and end-of-life care grows, advance care planning remains a key part of person-centred care, helping ensure people receive care that reflects what matters most to them. Continued funding will enable ACPA to build workforce capability and strengthen advance care planning practice across health, aged care and community settings.
