    For Delegates who Did Not Attend

    This survey is for delegates who registered but did not attend the 19 February Aged Care Forum without notifying the PHN prior to or during the event. 

    There are a myriad of reasons as to why a delegate may not have attended the Aged Care Forum. The PHN would like to understand more about your decision not to attend for two reasons: 

    1. Understand ways the PHN can better support attendance in future 
    2. To justify investment in future free CPD opportunities, like this event, despite the non- attendance rate.

    Please share with us your reason/s for not attending. We are not interested in detailed information, rather broad category descriptions of your reasons for not attendance and non-notification.

    You are invited to submit your questions here. Questions will be anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. Question submission closes on 17 February however questions submitted earlier are more likely to be included.
