Brisbane North PHN 2024 staff and team award nominations

It is that time of year again! The team and individual awards are now open for nominations so we can, once again, recognise our talented coworkers.

You can nominate teams and individuals for the following categories:

Leadership

Recognises people that:

• consistently demonstrate and/or role model behaviours that support the organisational values and leadership framework
• inspire those around them to adopt higher standards of behaviour in the workplace
• support others to grow personally and professionally
• inspire and lead others to question, canvas possibilities, support fresh thinking and collaborate for improvement.

Reconciliation

Recognises people that have:

• made a significant contribution or developed an innovative practice to enhance our organisations’ commitment to reconciliation
• inspired or educated others to ensure a better understanding of reconciliation or the need for reconciliation.

Workplace Health and Safety

Recognises people that have:

• taken exemplary care for the health and safety of others in our workplace
• initiated an innovation to reduce the risk of injury or harm in our workplace.

Staff Support

Recognises people that have played an active role in supporting organisational culture by:

• significantly contributing to making the PHN a positive workplace
• contribute to making their team/the organisation a safe, welcoming space for everyone
• contributing to PHN social and charity initiative.
